- Cauliflower peeled and finely chopped - French beans 7-8 finely chopped - Mushrooms 7-8 finely chopped - Carrots 1 medium-sized peeled and finely chopped - Green peas 1/2 cup boiled - Medium-sized tomatoes 2 finely chopped - Medium-sized onions 1 finely chopped - Green chilli 1 finely chopped - Half inch ginger - 2-3 cloves of garlic - Black large cardamom 1 - Cinnamon 1 inch piece - Coriander powder 1 tsp - Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon - Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp| - Sunflower oil 2 tablespoon - Water 2 cups - Salt according to taste

Recipe - First heat oil in a pan, then add all the spices, black cardamom, and cinnamon. Then, when the spices are lightly roasted, add chopped onions. Now fry the onion until light brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it. Roast a little and add tomato and garam masala powder. Now fry the whole mixture well till the oil separates. Now when the masala is roasted, add all the vegetables except boiled green peas. Add water and salt. Cover them all and let them cook until all the vegetables are well cooked. When the vegetables are cooked, grind them with a ladle and make them like Keema and stir them well. Now cook it till all the water dries up and the vegetables become flaky. When this is done, take it out from the gas and take out the Keema in a big serving bowl and add the boiled green peas and stir with a light hand. In the end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve vegetarian Keemad meat with rotis, lightly fried bread.
